    You will receive an email from TBP HR with next steps, which include filling out New Hire Paperwork, getting fingerprinted if you haven't been fingerprinted for a school district before, and lastly, scheduling and attending NEO!

  • What do I need to bring to New Employee Orientation?

    This information will be sent to you by one of our Onboarding Specialists through email, but you will definitely need your valid, unexpired, original copy of your I-9 documents, transcripts if you did not electronically send them/attach to your application, and yourself! You will be taking your official badge picture at your NEO, so please dress accordingly!

  • I'm a brand new teacher... where can I ask questions?

    There are a few places that can be helpful depending on your questions. The first place you should always look is the Employee Handbook on Atlas. This document has most of the information you'll need, including dress code, jury duty, PTO, and more. 

    If it is a question about your position, team, or campus, reach out to your Mentor Teacher or Principals for more information! These people can help you more with things you will be using from day to day, like how to submit attendance, grades, or ask for something for your classroom.

    If it's a question about technology, submit an IT Helpdesk Ticket through Atlas! IT can help with hardware issues (computer won't turn on, issues with keyboard, mouse, or 

    If it's a question about pay, paperwork, or personal/work issues, you can reach out to HR by emailing us at hr@trinitybasin.net

    Another great place to ask questions is your NEO Slack Channel. This channel is full of other new employees that may have the same question but forgot to ask it or didn't realize they didn't know!
