The campus, located on approximately five acres of land, will be a one-story building complete with art and flex classrooms, library, media center, and an outdoor walking trail, playground, and gymnasium for physical activity. The campus and its amenities were designed by Butler-Cohen with interior design, furniture and equipment selection by non-profit Heart of America.

The Bolt campus features a variety of unique design elements, including a bright color scheme to promote a productive learning environment, a teaching wall with magnetic whiteboards, and a variety of student seating options. The elements were purposefully designed to enhance the learning experience of the middle school students that will be attending the new campus.

“Trinity Basin Preparatory is always looking for additional ways to better serve our students and community,” Chief Development Officer Brandon Duck said. “Through the addition of this new facility, we will be providing a high-impact learning environment for middle school students on the southside of Fort Worth .”

TBP partners with several non-profits in the DFW area to enhance student learning by providing services which include free after-school programming, music education, and athletic opportunities for its students. With the addition of the Bolt campus, TBP will continue to grow its student population, estimated to reach 5,000 enrolled students throughout the DFW Metroplex in the 2022-2023 school year.

“We are excited for this opportunity to serve more students and families,” Chief Academic Officer Dr. Lesley Austin said. “The expansion allows us to provide an educational choice with strong academic support to give Fort Worth students the opportunity to thrive in school.”
