Beginning in early June, TBP’s Jefferson Campus will be the site of HHM Health, an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center for primary care in Dallas and surrounding counties.  HHM Health provides care for those who do not have insurance as well as those who have insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, Affordable Care Act plans, and regular insurance.

While HHM has been a community partner with TBP in providing clinics for COVID-19 immunizations, the Jefferson campus location will be a permanent, on-site presence for this community-focused provider.

HHM provides family medicine as well as dental, behavior health, vision, and nutrition services. HHM’s focus on diabetes prevention and behavior health services provide much-needed resources in the communities they serve.

With several existing sites in the Dallas area, the Jefferson campus will add a convenient location for many Dallas-area TBP families. Families can qualify for services with documentation of proof of income, food stamps, child support, etc.

HHM is continuing to grow its client base, and services are provided to all qualified persons, regardless of immigration status.
