    Young Musicians from TBP and DISD Perform in Concert at Ledbetter Campus

    On May 19, students from TBP joined performers from other campuses as part of an end of year concert put on by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s (DSO) Young Musician’s program. The Young Musician’s program is hosted at TBP’s Ledbetter campus and provides students instruments and high-quality instruction in an intensive, professional-level program led by members of the DSO.     Ledbetter Campus Hosts Household Goods Distribution Event

    In partnership with Good360 and Walmart, TBP regularly receives donations of household goods for use for educational purposes and to provide to TBP families to meet essential needs. On Saturday, September 11, TBP’s Ledbetter campus hosted a “clear the shelves” style mass-distribution event to make space available for future donations and improved use of TBP’s limited warehouse space. The event, which went from 9am to 12pm, allowed families to pick up two items of their choice for their homes.

    Ledbetter Hosts National Night Out Event Complete with a Helicopter!

    National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. This year, TBP’s Ledbetter campus hosted the event on August 3. Representatives from Dallas City and County law enforcement attended and the event was capped off with a helicopter visit and photo opp for TBP families who attended.

    Ledbetter Campus Hosts June COVID-19 Vaccination Event

    On June 11, TBP’s Ledbetter campus, in partnership with Baylor Scott and White, hoted a free vaccination clinic for any age-eligible person to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. The clinic, hosted in the campus’ Athletic Complex, was open to TBP families as well as members of the area community.

  •  Cars lined up for food distribution event

    Ledbetter Campus to Host Second Major Food Distribution Event to Families in Need

    Dallas Youth Sports (DYS) through a partnership with Hunger Busters distributed 2,000 boxes of meals at TBP’s Ledbetter Campus on Mar. 30. Each box contained perishable and non-perishable food items large enough to feed a family of 4-5.
